Zelyno ships to customers in the United States and other supported international destinations.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, high-volume periods, product launches, address verification, or other exceptional circumstances.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by:
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Weather or natural events
• Public holidays
• Remote delivery locations
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• High-volume shopping periods
• Events outside our reasonable control
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide where carrier service is available and where shipping is legally and operationally possible.
Available destinations and shipping methods may change. If we cannot ship an order to the address provided, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the order total, shipping cost, delivery address, and selected shipping method before submitting an order.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after shipment. A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean the parcel has stopped moving.
International Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.
Zelyno does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers should contact their local customs authority for additional information before ordering.
Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has begun.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcel may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Split Shipments
Products from the same order may be shipped separately. When this occurs, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers, and the parcels may arrive on different dates.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at support@shopzelyno.com with your order number.
We may ask the customer to:
• Check the tracking information
• Confirm the shipping address
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Contact the local carrier or post office
We will assist with an appropriate carrier investigation when necessary.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier.
Please also notify us promptly so we can review the available delivery information and assist where reasonably possible.
Damaged Packages
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the exterior packaging, shipping label, and affected product before discarding the packaging. Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs.
Shipping Delays
Zelyno is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. However, this provision does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
